If the vandal attempts to trigger a constant water flow he will be thwarted by this feature.  Another vandal resistant feature is the fact that the design incorporates the water supplies and electrical outlets within the support frame.  This concealment prevents the vandal from tampering with these elements. Other parts of the lavatory are concealed as well. The top cover, infrared sensors, and streamformers are concealed inside the fixture and less likely to be tampered with. The optional trap cover can conceal the valves, water supplies, and waste water connections as well.  Overall, this lavatory is much less susceptible to vandalism.

The Crescent 2 Lavatory is also relatively easy to install, which will reduce labor expenses for the building owner.  The unit is pre-assembled, making it a standard straightforward installation. The instructions are simple and there is only one set of water supplies and waste outlet.
