3 User Hand Wash Stations

Each Express Lavatory MG-3 is designed to provide three hand-washing stations to process washroom traffic quickly and economically.  Each hand-washing station is positioned on thirty inch centers which provides plenty of space for up to three simultaneous users.  These lavatories offer the building owner the option of three individual universally accessible touch-activated or "no-touch" hand-washing stations.  All three stations work independently with separate sprayheads, aerators, infrared sensing modules and solenoid valves.

Terreon Surface Material Cleaning Recommendations

The surface material of the Express Lavatory MG-3 is Terreon, a durable polyester resin that is certified by NAHB.  Terreon has many advantages and is extremely resistant to impact, burns, stains and chemicals.  Minor to moderate surface damage can be easily repaired with common cleansers or fine grit abrasives such as sandpaper or steel wool. And Terreon qualifies for LEED credits because it contains 25% pre-consumer recycled content and 8% rapidly renewable material.  It is also certified to comply with ANSI  Z124.3, Z124.6, and ANSI/ICPA SS-1-2001.

Vandal Resistant Sprayheads

The Express Lavatory MG-3 is vandal resistant in a number of ways.   The sprayhead is actually physically integrated into the bowl module.  The aerator features its own protection with a free spinning collar.  Vandals often attempt to trigger constant water flow by covering the infrared sensor or placing a stationary object in the sensor’s detection area.  This attempt will be defeated because the infrared sensor will automatically shut off water flow after 30-45 seconds.  Pushbuttons are inside the sprayhead unit and air valves, water supplies and waste are hidden within the pedestal/support frame assembly.

Maintenance Free Lavatory System

The Express Lavatory MG-3 system has advantages in installation, cleaning and maintenance.  Since the system is one unit and not three separate units, there are less than thirty connections as compared to over ninety for conventional lavatories.  The bowl design is one continuous surface allowing for quick cleaning.  Connections are concealed within the pedestal to eliminate tight crevices which are difficult to clean.  And the optional liquid soap systems drain into the bowl and not onto the floor keeping the whole restroom cleaner.  In addition, the valves of Express Lavatory MG-3 system are virtually maintenance-free.
