Hand washing sink systems for factories now feature state of the art touch-free operation, new materials that are environmentally friendly and new designs that accommodate both able-bodied users and disabled users equally. New engineering features also help cut down on the costs of paper towels, the problem of paper towel wastes, and the health and safety hazards of standing water on countertops and factory restroom floors. Wash fountains also continue to provide heavy-duty hand-washing capabilities to large user groups while simultaneously minimizing water usage.
Advocate
This hand washing sink system is one of Bradley’s latest innovations. It was specifically designed to address the three greatest problems that plague factory bathrooms: wet countertops, slippery floors, and used paper towels all over the place. The Advocate system provides a touchless hand washing hand-drying experience all in one. This creates a much safer factory restroom, not to mention a more comfortable and convenient experience for the user. Advocate is also sustainable, featuring solid surface recycled material and a .38 gallon faucet. Factories can save thousands of dollars a year previously spent on paper towel replacements with Advocate’s built in dual sided hand dryer.
Advocate can be purchased in one, two, or three station models.
Frequency
Frequency offers the greatest amount of accessibility of any hand washing sink system on the market. It features multi-height, patented design that provides superior comfort and accessibility for disabled persons as well as convenient bowl and faucet access for able bodied persons. The convex higher station provides optimal ergonomic positioning for standing users, while the lower, concave station is positioned to meet ADA or TAS guidelines for users in wheelchairs. The bowl design is also unique. It is built with a single solid surface overflow that provides greater knee clearance than other barrier free lavatory systems. There is also a no-drip edge that helps keep factory restroom floors dry. Center-shank, battery-operated faucets provide users with touch free hand wash capability.
Frequency hand washing sink systems can service one, two, or three users. The contemporary wave design is a nice addition to factory restrooms that feature a more modern look. Faucets feature capitance sensing technology which is more impact resistant and reliable than traditional IR sensor technology. Tankless water heaters, plug-in transformers, and optional soap dispensers can also be built into these lavatory systems. Frequency lavs are built from Terreon or Terreon RE (Recycled) and are GREENGUARD certified for factories seeking LEED certification.
Wash Fountains
In some factories, wash fountains are the best fixtures to select because they can service more users and provide them with a much more rigorous hand washing experience. This is recommended not only for large user groups, but also for users who are working around hazardous materials or chemicals during their shifts. Deep bowl washfountains allow workers to wash all the way up to their elbows and provide plenty of water pressure for up to 8 users at a time. ADA accessibility can be accommodated by adding a separate Frequency or Express wall mounted hand washing sink system.
