Floor-Mounted, overhead Brace mounting is an economical solution for areas that have heavy traffic and are prone to vandalism.  The installation is relatively easy because it requires no special floor or ceiling construction.  The head rail has an anti-grip feature that provides more rigidity.

Ceiling-Hung mounting is appropriate for locations that have low ceilings.  This form of mounting offers a floor area that is free from obstruction making maintenance and cleaning easier and faster.  However, this mounting system requires structural supports in the ceiling for durability and rigidity.  This system is not recommended for ceiling heights in excess of eight feet.
