Solid Plastic Shower Stall Configurations

XPB Locker Supply designs and ships solid plastic shower stall configurations for schools, churches, businesses, and recreational centers.  Using Bradley Bradmar™ plastic partitions that are sized larger than normal toilet partitions is the key to building a personal shower space that is far more private than would otherwise be possible.  Panels measure 72” in height and can be fitted with either shower curtains or optional 72” high doors that shut to create a no site enclosure.

Stalls can be mounted free standing, in corners, or between walls.  We recommend the floor mounted, overhead braced mounting style for maximum stability.  In facilities where this may not be an option, we can custom design stalls with other mounting configurations that will still offer either a reasonable level of privacy for the user, and, in some cases, and exceptional level of privacy.  All stalls are furnished with individual shower heads, shower valve controls, and shower accessories.  Additionally, ADA compliance can also be included in the design by adding additional bathroom accessories such as shower seats and grab bars. 

While any partition can theoretically be used in a shower just as it is in a toilet stall, we have found that solid plastic shower stall configurations are the most effective.   Solid plastic is a very durable material than is far more rugged than most people assume.  Because it features a contiguous color throughout the one piece plastic mold, it does not have a painted surface.  This means no peeling, no fading of color, and best of all, no defacing.  Like stainless steel, Bradley Bradmar™ plastic is nonabsorbent.  Water beads and dries quickly on its surface, leaving bacteria no place to grow.  Plastic can be cleaned easily with a warm, soapy solution or other appropriate industrial cleaner.  It is vandal resistant in most situations, and even if it is scratched, it is much easier and more cost effective to repair than other materials. 

Solid plastic shower stall configurations are ideal for restrooms and shower rooms in manufacturing and warehousing facilities.  Many of these buildings either use or store all sorts of materials that can become airborne and deteriorate painted surfaces.  Again, because Bradmar™ is neither a painted nor a composite layer material, these airborne agents, if present, are much less likely to damage it as they would shower dividers that are made from other substances.    In even the heaviest of traffic, solid plastic will retain its color, and its constitution, year after year.
