What kind of Division 10 specialties and products do you sell?

We sell commercial washroom accessories that are mostly manufactured by Bradley Corporation.  These products feature several advantages over competing equivalents.  For one thing, they are designed in ways that allow for installation in full compliance of ADAAG codes. 

When do you recommend combination dispensers and combination waste receptacles?

We have found they are ideal for restrooms of all sizes.  Small restrooms benefit from the space management they offer.  Mid-sized restrooms can be made to handle more traffic with combination units that require less maintenance.  Large restrooms can also use combo units to configure different levels of support in one large room.

Secondly, they are highly practical accessories as well.  Many fixtures combine mirrors, trash cans, and paper towel dispensers into one unit.  There are also personal item vending devices, and there are combination units that dispense toilet paper and toilet seat covers.

Do you only sell paper towel holders or do you sell commercial hand dryers?

Our Division 10 specialties and products inventory include both.  A great many of our paper towel holders are part of units that also house waste receptacles.  Some are touch free as well.

Our selection of hand dryers includes some of the most advanced on the market.  They can be mounted in ADA compliant configurations as well.

Do you offer any assistance configuring Division 10 specialties and products to the ADAAG?

Yes.  We can do more for you if you give us full blueprints and specifications concerning your facility.  We need to know things like the general age of the average user, the number of persons estimated to use the restroom each day, and what type of facility you are working in.

Why do you need all this?

We need this information so we can design a commercial washroom that accommodates general usage as well as meets the needs of disabled persons.  For example, if you are building a restroom in a school, certain division 10 specialties and products may need to be configured so smaller children can easily reach them.  Providing accessibility for handicapped children may be another challenge we can help you with. 

The number of users is also important.  If you do not build enough restroom stalls, you cannot handle the traffic of a large user population moving in and out of the facility.  So, there is more to building an ADA compliant restroom stall than simply choosing the right partition and adding the grab bars.  Space management versus the size of the restroom is a very important part of the equation used to select certain Division 10 specialties and products that we sell.
