 Our Aluminum 4C Mailboxes are United States Postal Service (USPS) approved and have been designed to facilitate today’s consumer mailing habits as well as provide increased security. These mailbox systems are available in front and rear loading configurations to meet our customers’ needs. They can receive mail from either the US Postal Service or from a private individual. 4C Mailboxes are mandatory on all new construction and major renovations if the building owner desires US Postal Service delivery.
Aluminum 4B Mailboxes
We also offer similarAluminum 4B Mailboxes (front and rear loading). They are suitable for custom or private use but are no longer suitable for USPS delivery due to changes in USPS standards.
Aluminum 4C Mailboxes
Our front and rear loading Aluminum 4C Mailboxes have numerous applications in addition to new construction. They are an excellent choice for remodel or rehab situations. The numerous applications include use in multi-family homes, apartment complexes, condos, commercial buildings, military bases, medical facilities, universities, K-12 schools, private postal centers, parcel delivery locations, centralized mail delivery locations, industrial complexes, high security locations, office mail rooms, private delivery dorms, office mail rooms, financial institutions and government agencies.
Our front and rear loading horizontal Aluminum 4C Mailboxes are made of heavy gauge aluminum and stainless steel hardware for excellent durability and long-life. All of our models are USPS approved. The door size on our standard mailbox systems are 13-1/4'' wide and 3-1/4'' high. The door includes a heavy duty cam lock with a shield to protect it from dust and rain. Each door or unit is also supplied with three keys.
Our front and rear loading horizontal Aluminum 4C Mailboxes or stand-alone parcel lockers are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. All mailbox systems feature a durable powder coated finish which is not only attractive but protects the aluminum from long-term corrosion. The powder coat finish also resists scratching and vandalism. Our mailbox systems are available in four attractive colors – aluminum, bronze, gold or sandstone.
Our front and rear loading horizontal Aluminum 4C Mailboxes can also be configured to your needs. They are available in a one door wide (single column) and two doors wide (double column) configurations. As per USPS standards, a 4C mailbox system has a minimum of one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments. One popular configuration is the “Maximum Height” model that has two fully integrated 15 ½” high parcel lockers combined with twenty standard mailbox doors. Other configurations can be ordered from 15 Door high units (total height = 55 inches) to a 3 Door high unit (total height = 13 inches). The most popular configurations are Door high units of 15, 13, 11, 9, 7, 5 and 3 units. Stand-alone and fully integrated parcel lockers are available in both five (17 ¼ inches) and six (19 inches) equivalent standard mailbox door heights. There is also a compartment equal in height to two standard doors (6 ½ inches) that is used for outgoing mail collection and is clearly identified with “Outgoing Mail.”
 Our front and rear loading horizontal Aluminum 4C Mailboxes are ADA compliant because the USPS 4C standards includes a requirement to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
