A thermoplastic powder coating protects the entire surface and prevents it from corrosion and rust. By giving the bench and the powder coat opposite electrical charges, and then heating the coating at very high temperatures, adhesion is made extremely powerful.

Thermoplastic coating is very thick and will not crack or peel. It is easy to repair if vandalized by cutting, and if anyone spray paints it the coating can be wiped clean with standard cleaners. There is also a UV component to the material that is fade resistant. Outdoor backless benches are available in sixteen diverse color options.
