Your fist option is a single temperature, air metered valve that you control from the chase side of the unit.  It operates has a 5 to 60 second timing cycle.  This is typically used in correctional facilities.

Your second option is a timed touch push button control that uses a circuit array to electronically control solenoid opening and closing.  Electronic timing is set to 60 seconds.
