These materials look every bit as good as polished granite or marble.  They are actually better materials, though for building hand wash systems.  Solid stone, though hard, can be chipped, cracked, or broken.  It also has to be bonded together and often joins at sharp right angles that leave crevices where bacteria, mold, and grime can build up over time. 

Terreon® and Evero® wall mount lavatory sinks are far more impact and vandal resistant.  If damage is done to their surfaces, they can easily, cost effectively, be repaired.  Terreon® is a synthetic material that rivals stone in its aesthetic.  Evero® is actually natural quartz blended with industrial and exotic elements which allow it to be molded in the factory into unique, seamless designs. 

All wall mount lavatory sinks, though, regardless of whether they are made from Terreon®, Evero®, or stainless steel, feature a minimum number of seams and crevices.  Sharp right angles and beveled edges are giving way to smoother, contoured surfaces.  This, combined with an innate moisture resistance characteristic of these materials, cause water to bead on the surface and evaporate more quickly.  This inhibits the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria.  This also makes surfaces highly resistant to staining and safe to clean with a number of industrial cleaning agents.
