Shower Partitions

Shower partitions are installed around wall shower assemblies or individual shower heads.  We recommend that they be floor mounted and overhead braced. The same layouts used in toilet stall design can also be used when creating shower stalls.  Architects, contractors, and facility managers can build showers in corners, alcoves, free standing, or between walls.  To save our clients time, we offer consultative design assistance upon request, and we include free design drawings with quotes.

Solid Plastic Shower Dividers are made from Bradley Bradmar® HDPE.  HDPE stands for High Density Polyethylene. It is made by compressing various resins into a contiguous piece of one-inch, non-absorbent, self-lubricating colored plastic.  The material bears the color within itself and never requires repainting.  It resists graphite and ink, and it is very difficult to scratch.  Bradmar® HDPE solid plastic has exhibited exceptional performance in wet areas, which makes it ideal for individual shower stalls.

The standard size for HDPE toilet partitions has always been 55 inches high.  We have found that this is not exactly ideal for shower stall construction because it leaves a 12 inch gap beneath the panel and door. Because of this, we have taken to custom ordering shower partitions in 72 inch heights.  Panels and doors go down to the floor now.  We also have adjustable hinges for shower doors so that they will close flush to the panel without leaving a bothersome site line.

Inside our shower stalls, contractors can install any number of Bradley individual shower units. Because we work with organizations that do both reconstructions and new constructions, we include a full line of wall mounted and recessed mounted units that are adaptable to any interior environment.  Our shower enclosures have been installed in public locker rooms in recreational swimming facilities, community civic center recreational locker rooms, gyms, spas, and factory restrooms where workers are exposed to hazardous materials and must shower before going home.

Shower partitions can also be fully accessorized with coat hooks, towel hooks, towel racks, soap dishes, etc. This makes it possible to build something very private and personal for the employee or the guest who must shower before leaving the property.  While it is admittedly more expensive to build stalls rather than install group showers, costs can be trimmed by replacing doors with shower curtains.  Privacy can still be maintained in this way, but construction costs are considerably lowered as a result.
