How comprehensive is your inventory?

A complete selection of all the standard accessories that are absolutely essential to commercial washroom design is found in our inventory.   While many of these products are by nature very basic, they feature new ease of use, lower maintenance, and greater durability in high traffic environment.  There are also Division 10 specialties product lines that perform a highly specific function, or that offer a particular group of users an exceptional level of comfort and amenity.

What are some exceptional design features of your standard product types?

Paper towel dispensers have become easier to load and easier to service.  We also have a number of waste containers which can be mounted in three different ways, and which come in three mounting options.  Toilet tissue dispensers and seat cover combination units are more reliable than ever.  They operate without binding and can now be installed through partitions themselves.  New lock technology makes partition doors more secure, yet also more accessible for disabled persons to operate.  Soap dispensers will dispense any type of soap or hand sanitizer reliably in the highest traffic environments.

What kinds of Division 10 specialties offer unique amenities to restrooms users?

Are your products equally suited to renovations as they are to new constructions?

Yes.  Most our Division 10 specialties are available in surface mounted design as well as recessed or semi-recessed mount.    In each product line, there should be at least one particular model that can be efficiently, cost-effectively mounted on a wall regardless of whether it is under remodel or under new constructions.

How compliant are your Division 10 specialties with ADA and other accessible codes?

Most of our product models are designed with ADA accessibility in mind.  Other codes, such as ANSI and TAS, can also be met with full compliance using products found in our inventory.    Two of the most important product lines we sell for handicapped restroom design are shower seats and grab bars.  XPB Locker Supply provides contractors with both swing-up and swing-away grab bars.  A wide array of shower seats, some able to support 900 pounds, make shower rooms not only more accessible, but also more comfortable.
