What is a good, stable way to mount restroom partitions in office building restrooms with 10 foot ceilings?

The most stable mount is a floor-to-ceiling mount.  This style requires a ceiling of no more than 10’ in height, although it works equally well on ceilings of much lower height.  It involves mounting each pilaster to both the floor and the ceiling to create the most stable support for the stall in a heavy traffic environment.  It is not quite as vandal resistant as overhead braced, but it does stand up very well to continuous wear and tear.

For men’s rooms, you need toilet tissue dispensers and seat cover dispensers.  For women’s restrooms, you also should consider installing napkin dispensers and napkin disposal units.  ADA stalls will need grab bars.  There are several linear designs, as well as swing away and swing up models.  For maximum space saving, you might want to consider investing in combination dispenser units or toilet tissue dispensers that service two adjacent stalls with a single fixture installed inside the partition wall.
