Call XPB Locker for a toilet partition quote and you will receive a free design drawing that details the general layout, mounting options, and accessory options for your new restroom stalls. This can save you enormous time and labor fees when you are putting together a bid for a new construction or remodel.  Another advantage it gives you is a professionally developed schematic of the equipment you are proposing that you can show to your client when placing a bid for the project.  This can be a very powerful negotiating tool—that our team is willing to put together for you just because you asked us for a quote.

We are aware that most contractors can develop their own designs, but the time involved in doing so can quickly run out of control when multiple critical factors are combined in a single project. For instance, a remodeled restroom with a highly unique floor plan, low ceilings, and limited square footage may also be located in a high traffic area with a possible risk of vandalism.  Simply pass all of this information to our team and we can analyze this data and design the stalls for you.  Your free design drawing included with your toilet partition quote will indicate the best possible stall layout, be it corner, alcove, standalone, or between walls.

Mounting configurations will also be shown on the drawing.  Different mounts offer different advantages, as you know, in different environments. The trick to choosing the right mount is to choose the option that is stable, attractive, and accessible to users and cleaning crews.  Again, this is not always as easy as it sounds when you run into older buildings with very unique ceiling heights and floor surfaces.  Our team will help you determine which mount will work best in that environment, along with any necessary customization that has to be done to the partitions themselves.

One more thing we do that is extremely important to both you and your client is to detail all accessibility options for disabled persons. In addition to ADA codes, other local regulatory codes may also very specific about the sizes and placement of restroom stalls for disabled persons.  Simply relay these details to our team and we will detail all accessibility compliance on your free design drawing that comes with your toilet partition quote.

Call XPB Locker now and tell us what your client needs so we can recommend the very best restroom layout for your client’s facility.
